A seasoned business development executive with 25 years experience in high technology, Bill has a diverse background in business development, operations and executive search.

Bill’s practice is focused on servicing the technology, venture capital, and private equity markets with a concentration on recruiting CEO’s, their direct reports, and Board members. As a former Managing Director of Dromeshauser Associates he has successfully represented numerous searches with clients that included: EMC, Digital Equipment/ Compaq, Broadview, GTE, Summit Partners, Advent and others.

Prior to joining SWBi, Bill spent five years as Vice President of Business Development at Apollo Diamond, Inc., a leader in the area of single crystal diamond wafer manufacturing. As a member of the executive management team he was responsible for the general management of the optoelectronics, semiconductor and government sectors of the business. During his tenure at Apollo he earned two patents in diamond growth and fabrication.

Previously he held senior sales management and business development roles with companies such as Xerox, Lotus Development, Parable Software, GiantLoop, and Brocade Communications (NASDAQ: BRCD) where he was successful in managing organizations and securing numerous multi-million dollar contracts through a variety of partnerships and channels.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College in Winooski, VT where he was two year captain of the varsity lacrosse team and selected to the North South Brine All Star Team. He is also a black belt in judo who competed at the national level. He currently resides in Norwell, Massachusetts where he is an active member of the community serving on the Boards of the Boosters and the Norwell Youth Lacrosse Program. He is married with two children.
